Isia Hoyne is a retired Varigal living in an upper class residential district in Lowhaven. She spent her active years focusing on gaining knowledge, and now is the owner of quite the extensive collection of books and scrolls. The locals find her entertaining, as they have yet to request a song Isia doesn't know.
She is believed to have some magical skill in a more traditional sense as well, and practices ancient forms of divination at all hours of the night, most notably Molybdomancy.
